garlic – we don't need to tell you who to use up this little gem. We like the look of this roasted beet and garlic pesto.
(keep in a dark/dry place)
zucchini – this HALOUMI, ZUCCHINI, TOMATO AND PEARL COUSCOUS SALAD looks delish. we also really want to try these baked zucchini fritters.
(store in the fridge in a plastic bag)
carrots – we like ‘em raw with dip!
(Remove the carrot tops (they leach moisture from the roots) before storing them both in plastic bags in the fridge)
cucumbers – we like ‘em sliced with a little salt. OR maybe in this garlicky peanut butter cold noodles.
(store in the fridge)
beans – beans beans beans! we're nearing the end of the season!!
(store in a bag in the fridge)
tomatoes – aren’t they gorgeous!? why not try their heirloom tomato and beet salad? we also want to try this pasta with tomatoes, garlic, basil and brie. check out this recipe for tomato fried rice - we can't wait to try this!!!!!!!

beets - check out this recipe for heirloom tomato and beet salad. We love the idea of this sparkling beet lemonade. We've also been meaning to try out this sweet beet martini. Why not use up your beet greens in this milk-braised beet greens recipe. Also, this roasted beet and garlic pesto look good.

parsley – this White Bean Soup with Garlic and Parsley looks good.
(tuck into a glass with an inch of water at the bottom, store in the fridge or on the counter)
