Garlic Scapes in Oil

This is one of our favourite ways to use and store garlic scapes. Simply chop them up into small pieces (you could probably use a food processor?), add them to a jar and then cover with oil. Store in the fridge and use by the spoonful when cooking, in place of garlic.
